Placing an Order

Telephone is the best method. We can then check the stock for your order and advise you of any lead times regarding any item that we do not have in stock.
Please make sure that we have all delivery details and any contact numbers so that we can contact you for directions, or to advise you of any developments regarding your order.
You can also place any orders via our fax number or email to sales@wood-stock.co.uk. Please make sure that we have all contact details if this is your preferred method of placing your order.

Samples:
If you require samples of any of the flooring in our range, please give us a call and we will endeavor to post it the same day.

Payment:
All flooring orders must be paid for in full prior to delivery or collection. We accept MasterCard and Visa which enables your order to be processed immediately, or you may prefer to pay by cheque or cash.

Delivery:
We have our own vehicle and will deliver throughout Cornwall. We would ideally like to have at least 1 days notice to make delivery arrangements, provided we have sufficient stock for your order.

Delivery charges will be incurred on orders under £500.00 in value ex VAT. We normally plan our deliveries around one area of Cornwall on each day; please contact us so that we can advise when we will next be in your particular area.

We can make arrangements for deliveries to be made throughout the UK, for which we use an external Hauler. These deliveries usually take approx 3 days from the date that they leave us. This will incur an additional charge which is calculated on each individual order.

Helpline:
Should you have any concerns or questions regarding the installation, treatment or aftercare of your new floor, please call us on 01326 370020. Our Telephones are open Monday to Friday 8.00-5.00 and Saturdays 9.00-12.00.

Installation:
If you require any information and advice on the correct methods for installing your new floor, please call our sales helpline. We can provide you with information relating to your specific situation.

Returns:
Woodstock reserves the right to accept returned products. Due to the nature of timber, it has to be stored in a controlled environment so that over exposure to moisture can be avoided as this will spoil the product.

If a product is deemed to be stored correctly, and the packaging is fully intact, then we will accept returns. Any returns will incur a 15% restocking fee.
