Hardwood machinery is bulky, expensive, and yet necessary for turning hardwood into a prepared, usable product. We have these facilities already, so why not let us machine your order to your cutting list.
Our stocks of hardwoods are kept in standard thickness of various lengths and widths. Due to the nature of certain species of hardwoods, they are often not ‘straight’ when we receive them. This means that in most cases the timber will need to be sawn and planed to size before it can be used. To do this accurately we have a full range of machines capable of processing your order, to your specified dimensions, producing the minimal amount of waste. The timber is then supplied to you in square edge, planed pieces.
If you require a moulding machined into the timber, we have the facilities to add mouldings such as a bullnose, skirting, architrave (various patterns), handrails (to various patterns), and tongue groove and v-joint mouldings.
We also have the facilities to cut the sheets that we supply as per your cutting list.
Whatever your next project is, we can supply the timber to your requirements.
